See patterns across your offers, sales, marketing and revenue. So you know which past offers, content and collabs to revisit
You love creating. New courses, new templates, new freebies, new ideas. You've probably got more digital offers than most people launch in a lifetime.

But looking back at what you've already created? That's the bit that never quite happens.

Is that summit you did six months ago worth doing again? Which of your digital products is super profitable? Should you tell people about that thing you made last year and only mentioned at the time?

You could figure it out... if you had a few days to dig through different places. But it's honestly easier to just make something new.
I made something for this and It's called The Creative Insights HQ.
The Creative Insights HQ is an integrated Notion system where all your creative business bits live in one workspace and many parts actually talk to each other.

You can track finances, marketing, collaborations, and digital offers in one place where everything connects. See how marketing affects revenue. Know which collaborations bring in the leads and affiliate revenue. Understand what's actually bringing in the money.

It's what I use to see the patterns across my business and to make sense of my creative chaos without stopping my creativity.

Why I Built This
I kept making new products. It was easier than figuring out if the ones I'd already made were actually working, or whether I was even telling people about them at all.

I'd see a summit speaker application and think "Is this going to be worth the effort?" But checking my past summit results felt like too much work, so I'd either say yes automatically or skip it.

Same with relaunching products. I honestly just didn't do it. And I know relaunching is what makes a business sustainable, but without being able to see what was worth relaunching, it felt overwhelming.

Looking back took more effort than moving forward. So I kept moving forward without a clue what was actually working.
What I Can See Now

When I open my Product Pipeline, I can see which offers are bringing in the money. The revenue pulls from my finance tracker automatically. No more wondering if that course you launched six months ago is making money, it even works out the monthly average based on when you first launched.

When summit applications are open, I check my Collab Scorecard. I've got the results from past collaborations right there. Leads, revenue and cost per lead. So instead of saying automatically applying, I can see if I’ve done it in previous years and how effective it was.
The UTM tracking links generate automatically. If you've ever tried to manually build tracking links and then forgotten which campaign was which three weeks later, you'll get why this matters.

And because it's all in Notion, I can view my sales next to my marketing activity. So I can spot what is selling for little effort vs what is taking a lot of effort for little result.

What Becomes Possible
You can check which offers might be worth relaunching instead of defaulting to creating new ones
You can see which past collaborations brought in leads before saying yes to the next one
You can look back at what worked in past launches instead of starting from scratch every time
You can have that bigger picture view of your business instead of just creating new all the time
One integrated workspace where patterns become visible across everything you've created.
Hi, I'm Amy!
I run a creative business, and I'm really good at making products. Not so good at mentioning them or selling them regularly so I need to keep myself accountable on that part.

But tracking what's working? That bit I've sorted.

Before I ran my own business, I worked in retail buying. We'd measure sales by product, by category, by colour, by material (I bought rugs). But the bit that stuck with me was measuring page space in the catalogue. A product that had loads of space but didn't sell would get dropped or less space in the next catalogue. A product with barely any space that sold well would get more room, or we'd find similar products to add.

It made me think about how much attention I was giving my offers versus how much they were actually bringing in.

I also just love playing around in Notion. I've been making nifty tools in it for ages. This system is basically a bunch of those tools brought together, things I built because I find them useful (and it’s fun to build them).
